yeah. yes. I start and stop this blog quite often. Lately I have felt the urge to get blogging again. Right now the house is a crazy mess. At first glance it seems like merely clutter. Which is to be expected with two young kids. But beneath the clutter is a whole lot of dust and pet fur. A winter's worth of dust and pet fur. With one and a half closets in our whole house there is always a lot of clutter laying around. A childless friend of ours dropped by for a visit yesterday and I could tell he was very quickly thoroughly overwhelmed. I can't blame him. Ah, but this is our home! This is where we live and we love it. We love each other and we have a generally happy home. But I can understand his urge to get out as quickly as possible. One person's happy home is another person's crazy hell. And I can sure see how, on the surface, this looks like crazy hell! Gosh, what a mess. But who has time to clean... when there is so much going on constantly? For instance- right now half the family is trying to hijack this computer in order to watch "Fantastic Mr. Fox".
I think I got lost on a tangent there...
My point is I would like to blog again but I'm not sure how I will find the time! The house is a mess... But we never want to do the big job of a big clean up. We cover the basics like laundry and dishes, but can't seem to muster the time and energy to do the big Spring cleaning.
So perhaps I'll just blog when I am procrastinating about cleaning., Right now the baby is sitting on the table between my arms as I type- and he is grabbing at and chewing and slobbering all over anything he can reach. This is fun. For him. And me too. Bye for now.
